Three Simple Steps to Compliance

1. Inspection

We walk the site, check the pipes, and identify what the City needs to see. Since we don't do repairs, our only goal is to get you a passing report.

2. Paperwork

Our team prepares the GPS2 certificates and handles the DOB filing portal. You don't have to touch a single City website.

3. Protection

Once filed, we store your records indefinitely. If the DOB loses your paperwork or sends an erroneous violation, we have the proof to make it go away.

  • Can I file for a LL152 extension in 2022?

Yes and no, it depends on your situation. If you are close to the due date, contact JTG to help file an extension. If you are already past your due date, you will need to file as soon as possible.

  • What if I don't have gas piping?

Buildings that do not have gas piping must submit a Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection Certification. The certificate must be signed and sealed by a registered design professional or Licensed Master Plumber (LMP). Please refer to due dates for when the certificate needs to be submitted.
